The THESERA G process exfoliates dead skin cells, controls sebum production and kills acne germs. It also boosts cellular metabolism in the epidermis.
THESERA G is used for a broad range of skin concerns, including acne, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, scarring and fine lines. The treatment can also brighten the skin and contribute to a glass skin look.
This methodology is based on the use of sea sponge spicules and is also known as bio microneedling and Spicule Therapy. Once introduced into the skin, the spicules penetrate the deeper layers and attach to damaged skin cells, excess oil, dead skin, melanin, acne bacteria and other debris.
The process works from the inside out, pushing this debris toward the surface of the skin. The spicules continue to stimulate the cells for approximately 72 hours.

A visible difference may be noticed after the first THESERA G treatment. Depending on individual needs, up to three treatments may be required to optimise the results.
After THESERA G Sea Sponge Peeling, the skin may appear pink and feel sensitive. You may feel the spicules in the skin for up to 72 hours, with a prickling sensation when the treated area is touched.
After the first 8 hours, specific at-home products must be used throughout the treatment period. Because the spicules remain under the skin, do not rub the products into the skin. Apply them using gentle tapping motions instead.
For the next three days, avoid direct sun exposure, alcohol and extreme exercise.
Sunscreen is mandatory following each treatment. Skin peeling may occur between 3 and 7 days after the procedure.
The recommended at-home products must be used as directed to help avoid excessive peeling and skin damage.
